Noice-ACT project partners with ANIBT in providing a solid foundation for Aged care talents, the Certificate III in individual support of ANIBT: At ANIBT, our CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support equips you with the necessary skills to assist elderly individuals in both community and residential environments. Through this program, you'll develop proficiency in communication within health and community services, deliver personalized support, identify healthy bodily functions, engage with diverse populations, promote independence and wellness, adhere to safety protocols, and uphold legal and ethical standards. Upon graduation, individuals specializing in age and home care will have established a firm theoretical groundwork and acquired practical proficiency in specialized technical or skills necessary for strategizing, implementing, and evaluating client needs and care plan management. Acquiring this qualification opens doors to roles such as overseeing a department in a large, aged care establishment or a smaller home care provider. During this course students will be required to undertake a 10-week Vocational Placement as part of the CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support requirements.
